 Airbnb: the next chapter

Do NOT harrass the individual under any circumstances. Lest you wish to become another reported antagonist. The link is given for authenticity and clarification of circumstances. This individual, along with Airbnb, refused to even give a single penny, beyond an apparent refund of £25, after I had to cancel due to extenuating circumstances which would have endangered me and triggered more PTSD if not acted upon.

https://www.airbnb.co.uk/rooms/45496106?source_impression_id=p3_1640529791_XTi6mD5%2F5%2BomvBin&guests=1&adults=1

-Airbnb have now contacted me via Airbnb website, warning it is up to the host's discretion to refund me.

"Dear Viktoria, the issue is that your policies are flawed. It only takes a human rights case to prove so. Your company's attitude and failure to prevent such a situation from arising in the first place prove you are at fault. Your policies do not trump human rights. By all means, please contact the host but I am sure they will refuse to compensate. Legal action against Airbnb and the host is sadly the only way forward, sadly, to force you to protect victims of abuse and informants. I did not cancel out of choice, I cancelled out of duress upon realising where I would have to stay. You could easily implement a system where people are given more specific details before booking or are able to input certain addresses and a radius which stops listings within the radius from showing up. I lost everything and you both pocketed my money without doing a damn thing. I doubt society will see either of you as being hard done by. If you stand by your policy, then we shall force you to compensate through law and you will lose far more money. Your policies do not trump human rights. And you yourself have extenuating circumstances exemptions: how is threat to life not one?Thank you."

And despite having an "extenuating circumstances exemption" written into terms and conditions. If life and death is not extenuating, if domestic abuse and violence is not extenuating, what on Earth is?!?! There are some very sick and vile people working at

Callousness.

I wish to leave the chaos of my mind.

I wish to not be living. I wish for an end to abuse. I wish for sleep. And happiness. I wish I were not a fool chained by compassion at the cost of being unable to express compassion. I wish I were free. I am sickened with dread and fear. I am afraid of my past, forced to be empowered by it, sick of my present yet forced to live it and hopeful for my future yet it flees before I can fully name it.

There are too many scores of issues I must handle. I have lost all battle without a single surrender. I have betrayed everyone and yet I can not even cry out in pain knowing the only response shall be: "He is just saying it for attention." Family, strangers and sometimes even friends speak so illy. Why am I still alive? Look at me. Tell me what will change.

Sent a message to someone via Instragram, encouraging support after her and "Gary King Pokemon" began a battle of some kind. I relayed that I have no idea who is really guilty of what but that she deserves to be free from abuse regardless, as I had noticed clearly misogynystic hate against her.

I wonder whether I have offended my Mother. I am visiting family and after my Mother began a conversation I said "the whole point in me visiting was to fix the computer" or something to that effect, the computer being what someone back home sold me, having had no desire to fix it himself and not wanting the hassle of listing online. I visited predominantly due to it having been both Father's Day and my Father's birthday, very recently and wanting to give him a present. I then tied the planned visit in with depositing the aforementioned computer at my parents' house. Originally the plan was to give my old bedroom to my sister and I had relayed to her my feeling that it was unfair that I had my bedroom in Birmingham and a storage room, effectively, at our parents' house, while she lived and worked in a horribly small room. So I worked hard to transport as much of my remaining belongings as I could, as quickly as possible and speed up repairs whenever I visited. Then more recently my sister revealed to me that she was moving out to live with her boyfriend. I felt terrible, having not been able to speed my plan up enough in order for her to benefit. But if she is happy living with him and now has the space she very much needed, that is a good outcome still. Suddenly my old bedroom was no longer needed by her, although she had started to leave some of her stuff inside, I noticed. At one point I considered giving the bedroom to my oldest brother or at least for him to store his goods that belong to his online retail operations, knowing how tight for space he is/was. But then he bought a house!

So my old bedroom sat there, quite lonely and more empty than it had been in some time. I was moving ahead with my plans, one of which involves buying a house and I was getting ready to move out of Bottetourt Road.

started my self assessment

 27th June 2021

I am visiting family again. Earlier I looked at options for booking travel home: coach prices have not increased too dramatically since I last looked but the more reasonable options are beginning to look somewhat thin on the ground.

My Mother cooked me burgers which I presumed to be vegetarian but were very reminiscent of meat and have left me feeling quite unwell. Either way, something in them has unsettled my body. I managed to enjoy the rest of the meal, little, roundish hashbrown type items, for example.

Airbnb and domestic violence

During 2018, I and other housemates were subjected to ongoing abuse by Leyarnna and Simon of 4 Clent View, Gilbert Road, B66 4PU. The police were informed, as well as Crimestoppers Anonymous. No action, while I lived there, was ever taken. Essentially the police played a "wait and see" from their hand. I still suffer PTSD relating to the abuse as well as other issues, such as severe avoidance and worsening of existing disabilities and challenges.

Come 2021, I made an innocent booking. Having ended my regular renting of almost three years and wanting to save money for buying a house, I decided to explore renting with Airbnb. Unbeknownst to myself

I am due shortly to send an email off to

Monday, 31 May 2021

The last known address:

4, Clent view

Gilbert Road

B66 4PU

NOTE: These individuals are armed and extremely dangerous. Leyarnna and Simon are both child abusers and adult abusers as well as drug abusers and are guilty of other offences.

The woman admitted to me that she sometimes slipped drugs to her children during breakfast: I informed authorities of this and am, to this day, still to receive an update on the situation.

Leyarnna: shortish hair, average height or smaller. Light skinned.

Simon:

___________________________________________

Dawn: making threats via Facebook.

Suspected of stealing funds from various online services

Stalked my Sister online, finding an old and archived blog

______________________________________

Suspected male paedophile

Potentially living in Oldbury

Age: maybe 42.

West Midlands Police failings

I informed them that Leyarnna and Simon were drug abusing, pathological lying, violent and thuggish individuals whom stalked me, my habits and did the same for other housemates. I relayed my concerns about them being paedophiles. I mentioned Simon's aggressiveness and weaponry and Leyarnna lying about being held hostage with a gun.

I carved the word "innocent" into my skin, repeatedly and began to entertain suicide once again.

 Craigslist.

Scammers, perverts and predators.

If I inform the craigslisters that I am 14, will they continue to message?

So far the responders have gone silent or suggested that contact is inappropriate, while at least has continued to contact. Meanwhile, a man has asked me to help him launder money. I am wondering how to go about gaining more contact details for the police without tipping him off. I Googled his first and surname and immediately numerous Facebook profiles existed. And that assumes that neither name is an alias.

 Airbnb Oldbury

22/5/2021

I came to what I thought was Daniel's house only to find that my key did not work and that I was at the wrong house. I walked back a little and discovered the correct house.

I later asked the neighbours if the bins round the corner were theirs and the man hesistated before telling me that they were mine, perhaps unsure how to word, not being sure if I was the new owner of the house or perhaps knowing Daniel rented the property out for visitors to Oldbury.

 Airbnb review #1

Ashmy's place in Harborne

Negatives

-She relayed to me an alternate address, which I only deduced by happening to check thw Airbnb website and noticing

-

-The washing machine began playing up and ate my clothing.

Positives

-The man showing me around and giving me the keys informed me that a sealed box of Yorkshire Tea tea bags (Containing maybe 50 or more teabags.) were complimentary teabags for me to enjoy.

-He also gave me an unopened jar of coffee

-And an unopened bag of sugar

-Atop the same chest of drawers the teabags, coffee and sugar sat upon were multiple plates and bowls, all fairly new looking or quite well kept

-Upon the bed was two towels.

The diary entries

21/3/2021

8:25PM

Earlier I fell asleep, drained, sick and lethargic. I saw two great eyes of horrific opening staring down at me from the sky they consumed with their fixed hover and knew they saw my soul, my character, who I once was and maybe whom I shall come to be. My head was heavy against wild grass and to my left I saw a crescent moon, close and mysterious yet cartoony and undefined. What does this vision mean?

A note: I am unsure again as to what form of sleep was in play. I was definitely resting against my jumper, having thrown my pillow away yesterday and so was in position to have a short and early nap. But I can not recall whether or not I was imagining these thoughts while still actually awake but ready to give way to sleep any moment.

One imagines two aliens watching from planet of their own, peering through magnificent telescope and musing over our curiosity for Mars.

"What are the human things up to now?!"

"They are still trying to ascertain whether or not Mars once contained living life forms."

"Bless. Should we tell them?"

"Not yet, son. Not yet."
