Side post. As I was still typing this an incident happened with our internet, it lost the connection which it's been doing for a while (which is partly why we're switching from Sky to Orange) And instead of doing the usual disconnecting and connecting I tried entrusting windows to fix the problems by running a diagnosis on the connecting because once it actually worked...and guess what! It did again! All hail Windows 7...it can actually fix problems (and not jut cause them) So really, windows 7 has always been my favourite but I had learned it was bundled with the usual glitches and bugs although less I thought but maybe that's because my Laptop is only a year old and some are yet to appear, but they really have gone the extra mile. So this may help you, if you lose your internet connection, perhaps even on another Windows if there is an option, try right clicking on your internet connection down the bottom right hand corner and see if windows can fix your problem. Let me know if you have found windows 7 to be the best of windows or have other windows gone the extra mile for you? Found a windows that comes with a working internet explore installed? Is such a thing possible? Our live correspondent Barry declines to answer.
Stay tuned though... So please comment on anything I wrote..or anything on your mind :)

SAMSUNG! RUNNING SCAMS?
I'm not one to believe the worst in people and companies are obviously made up of people, no matter policies and whatever you always get a different experience with different staff members and that certainly being true with Samsung. I love their products, which was why I trusted them when I bought a Samsung laptop which I loved and still did. There's nothing wrong with that side- I had no problems at all until a connector inside seemed to of got loose. Well easy you say! It's in warranty get it fixed! Except as much as it hurts me to say...there customer service (or the british Samsung twitter anyway, for some reason I can get hold of the US twitter but UK never responds...) is as bad as Sky's" Yep! That's some awful reward but deserved unless Samsung can suddenly make up for it. I immediately contacted Samsung via their website and filled in all correct details with proof of my purchase and at this time my Laptop was well within warranty. Obviously now it is technically out of warranty but they can't use that as an excuse because my claim was filed before as any british court will acknowledge. It really feels bad to be saying all this about Samsung a company who I have never had issues with before and never expected to. But when they ignore your emails for months with no apology when you chase them up about it...it makes you wonder what's going on.. We're used to bad customer service with companies but when you need a repair your entitled to it's really pathetic when you can't get hold of anyone to talk to like the elusive facebook. Say you have a business deal and a member of facebook team will ring you in a few days. Report an illegal activity or harassment and Facebook has a pre-prepared stupid form to fill in where you can't even explain the problem, how is this legal? I understand things can sometimes take time to chase up, a staff member on twitter said him/herself "A member of our team passed on your problem 4 weeks ago to supervisor" (You can see all my tweets @barryvp and may post some on here) and 4 weeks would probably of been fine...if it was 4 weeks! Before this I waited months only to find out nothing was being done about my claim so as much as I don't wont to believe it....do Samsung purposely drag things out so then they can pounce and say, "sorry, your laptop is out of warranty now"?, if so they surely wont be the only ones. So at this rate it's going to be past christmas before I ever here from them again...sorry IF I ever do. I never like "rushing" companies but when they get sloppy you have to, I filed my first Trading Standards report and have a few other leads that have generated great response from viewers who were curious to what Samsung were up to. I will keep you all updated and on another matter of bad customer service- Sky, where is our £50 cheque? If this carries on, I will demand compensation from Samsung as well, it's not easy keeping in touch with friends, running a business and so on, when your laptop goes of every 10 seconds or with the slightest touch! Well I have a little hope Samsung will wake up still, until then, Take care!
